Please note, we accept assessment enquiries from anywhere, but for people who live outside of the areas we usually work in, please be aware of the need to travel to us for the face to face part of the assessment (one appointment).  This appointment will be in South West Sheffield or Derbyshire.  Adult appointments and post-diagnostic support can be offered in person or online if appropriate.
